Shipping & Delivery

Is shipping free?

Yes. We offer free worldwide shipping with no minimum purchase. Every order receives a tracking number by email as soon as it leaves our warehouse, so you can follow it through each step of delivery.

Our parcels are light and compact to protect the products and reduce transit time. During peak periods, carriers may need an extra business day—your tracking link is always the best source for live updates.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my patches?

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return your order. For hygiene and safety reasons, items must be unopened, unused, and sealed in the original packaging. We’re unable to accept opened boxes or partially used sets.

Once inspected, you can choose an exchange, a store credit, or a refund to the original payment method. Our support team will guide you through the quick steps.

Payments & Billing

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept the major cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. These options provide fast checkout and strong buyer protection mechanisms.
