Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return your order. For hygiene and safety reasons, items must be unopened, unused, and sealed in the original packaging. We’re unable to accept opened boxes or partially used sets.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility, except in the case of picking/packing errors or a defective product upon arrival. If that happens, reach out to us and we will arrange the most suitable solution at our expense.
