1) Prep (30 sec)

• Apply to a clean, dry area (belly, hips/waist, thighs, upper arms).
  
• No cream, oil or lotion. If you’ve just showered, wait 10 minutes so skin is fully dry.
  

2) Apply (the right way)

• Peel, place flat on the area, then press 10–15 seconds to activate adhesion.
  
• Don’t stretch the skin; avoid body folds for best hold.
  

3) Wear time

• Keep on for 6–8 hours (overnight is ideal).
  
• Remove gently; if any residue remains, wash with lukewarm water + mild soap.
  

4) Frequency & length of cure

• Use 1 patch per day.
  
• Plan at least 4 weeks for visible results.
  
• For consolidation and a reshaped look, continue 3–6 months.
  

5) Placement & rotation

• Target 1 zone at a time (belly, hips, thighs, arms).
